How we work
Two stages. One foundation.

Every TEG engagement follows the same path — beginning with deep listening and ending with a program your organization can sustain for the long term.

Stage 1
The Discovery

The Discovery is where every TEG engagement begins. Through structured sessions with your leadership team and key stakeholders, we take the time to understand where your organization is and the questions your team is wrestling with.

What you receive
A written Discovery Report: TEG's analysis of your organization, prioritized recommendations, and a clear path forward.
It is the foundation every sustainable Fair Chance program needs, and the starting point for everything TEG does with you from there.
Stage 2
The Build

Informed entirely by your Discovery Report, TEG works inside your organization to design and implement the infrastructure that makes Fair Chance employment sustainable. That work looks different for every organization, but it always goes deep. It may include:

Manager & HR training
Educating frontline managers and HR teams on Fair Chance best practices
Skilled Helper training
Equipping internal staff with evidence-based care management skills
Roles & responsibilities
Clarity and accountability across every position that touches your program
Process design
Building referral systems and support pathways
Community partnerships
Evaluating and formalizing the relationships that will make up your community support network
Internal programming
Identifying and establishing the support areas you want to keep in house
KPI development
Defining how you document and measure the health and impact of your program
